Job Description – AI Engineer (Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic
AI Engineers (Freshers)
who are passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and building intelligent systems. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in programming, data handling, and basic ML/AI concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and training
    machine learning and deep learning models
    .
  • Work on data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.
  • Support AI team in building prototypes, POCs, and automation solutions.
  • Perform model evaluation and optimization under senior guidance.
  • Develop simple AI-powered scripts or applications using Python.
  • Document processes, model performance, and technical findings.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and research papers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of
    Python
    and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
  • Basic knowledge of
    machine learning algorithms
    and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Strong interest in AI, ML, NLP, or computer vision.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setup.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with mini-projects, internships, or academic projects in AI/ML.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of APIs, automation, or basic MLOps tools.
