About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned litigation professional to join our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. This role demands strategic thinking, courtroom confidence, and the ability to independently lead complex commercial matters with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead and manage litigation and arbitration matters across various courts, forums, and tribunals
  • Develop litigation strategy, drafting, research, and client communication
  • Represent clients before High Courts, arbitral tribunals, other tribunals, forums, and statutory authorities
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables
  • Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and maintain regular communication with the partner regarding all significant developments in assigned matters.
  • Coordinate with external counsel, experts, and stakeholders on multi-party disputes
  • Contribute to business development, client pitches, and practice growth initiatives
  • Author articles and legal updates to strengthen the firm's public profile

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation and arbitration
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and leads teams under tight timelines
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
  • Familiarity with substantive and procedural laws, evidence, and working of courts, forums, and tribunals
  • A collaborative leader who fosters a culture of excellence and integrity
