Hiring For Residential Female Nurse

Required only Female residential Nurse.

Role & responsibilities :-

  • Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed.
  • Monitor the health status of students, especially those with chronic conditions or recent illnesses.
  • Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality of student medical information.
  • Coordinate with local hospitals, clinics, and emergency services for referrals and emergencies.
  • Manage and maintain the college infirmary, including medical supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct regular health check-ups and wellness programs.
  • Educate students on hygiene, nutrition, and general health awareness.
  • Ensure implementation of proper infection control procedures.
  • Respond promptly to medical calls and be available during non-working hours for residential emergencies.
  • Assist during college medical camps, vaccination drives, and health awareness activities.

Preferred candidate profile :-

  • Clinical and emergency care skills
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication
  • Ability to work independently and handle medical situations calmly
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities

  • Willingness to stay on campus full-time

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institute.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (experience in a residential setting is preferred).
