Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff for smooth operations.
- Assist in daily opening and closing duties.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in service/hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
