Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer who will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of construction machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically sound, and passionate about providing excellent service to customers on-site and off-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of construction machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure machinery is operating at peak performance.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and customers.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and parts usage records.
- Coordinate with the service manager and spare parts team for timely repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering (or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in servicing heavy equipment/machinery (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of construction machinery, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service and support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
