We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations.
-This role will manage office logistics, support staff, and create a positive and productive work environment.
-The successful candidate must be a resourceful problem-solver with exceptional multitasking abilities.
-This role will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure a cohesive and effective workplace.
-A strong understanding of HR principles and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry. Banking , Insurance, Financial Services
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is often preferred. Graduation
- Organizational and Analytical Skills: Exceptional multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with clients, staff, and senior management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office management software.
- Integrity: The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion is non-negotiable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
