We are looking for an experienced Senior React Native Developer with 8+ years of experience in mobile app development and a strong background in scalable, high-performance mobile solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in geo-fencing, live tracking, maps integration, HRMS modules, and AI-based face recognition.

At Klockmate, youll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade mobile applications that power workforce automation for thousands of users across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop advanced mobile applications using React Native.
  • Lead implementation of geo-fencing, real-time location tracking, maps, and face recognition features.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver a seamless, scalable user experience.
  • Optimize app performance, speed, and responsiveness for real-time data operations.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, SDKs, and third-party services (Razorpay, Firebase, AWS).
  • Implement secure authentication flows (OTP, biometrics).
  • Debug, test, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and ensure code quality via reviews and documentation.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years hands-on experience in React Native with multiple live app deployments.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React Hooks.
  • Expertise in Redux / Context API / MobX for complex state management.
  • Proven experience in geo-fencing, background location tracking, and Google Maps / Mapbox APIs.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML-based face recognition APIs and camera modules.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Firebase, real-time updates, and push notifications.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and mobile security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in App Store and Play Store publishing.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Work Timings - 10 am to 7 pm
