Educational Qualification : BE/ B tech in Computer Science or related field.

Experience Required : Minimum 5 years total software development experience, including 3 years in Flutter.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Flutter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, with proven expertise in building high-quality Flutter apps for iOS and Android.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to app architecture, and ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.

- Collaborate with designers, and backend developers to define app features and architecture.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Integrate REST APIs, and third-party SDKs.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay updated on Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

- Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON.

- Strong knowledge of state management solutions .

- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.

- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Firebase, push notifications.

- Knowledge of app store submission processes (Google Play Store & Apple App Store).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

- Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
