### Position: Customer Support / Technical Support Executive

Location:** Jaipur, Rajasthan

Work Mode:** On-Site (Office Based)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts – aligned with UK/US time zones)

### Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for international clients (UK/US)**

Deliver **exceptional customer service & technical support with professionalism

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain high-quality standards & achieve daily performance targets

Work in a fast-paced, multicultural global team environment

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduates / Graduates / Experienced Candidates welcome

Excellent English Communication Skills(verbal & written)

Prior **BPO / Tech Support experience preferred but not mandatory

Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum CTC:** ₹27,000 – ₹42,000 per month (based on profile & experience)

5 to 9 $ Depends upon client to client requirement Overtime Earnings in Rupees ₹400 – ₹900 per day (process- to process dependent, paid in )
