Brief Job description:
Engineer will be responsible to drive and grow value added product business for domestic and international market. He will be also accountable for service marketing and new product development.
Achieving value added product business target
Should play pivotal role in service marketing activities through conventional and digital methods
Involving in regular sales visit and lead generation for value-added products
Should co-ordinate with field service team, customers, dealers, and backend team for seamless order execution
Conduct product awareness and trainings for customer and internal team on timely basis
Must analyse and understand new product requirement and develop it in co-ordination with the engineering team
Critical Competencies for the Job:
- Candidate should have strong knowledge on service sales business.
- Should have fair understanding of service marketing and product development methodologies.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must possess strong analytical and networking skills.
- Candidates having knowledge with ERP and salesforce will be preferred.
