Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data management and process execution.
  • Maintain and update records in company systems/Excel sheets.
  • Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned operational tasks.
  • Identify process gaps and share improvement suggestions with the team lead.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any stream (Freshers are welcome).
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
