Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in Java or Python, strong understanding of modern engineering practices, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and resilient applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python.
  • Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms across systems.
  • Execute end-to-end software development including design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Create or contribute to architecture & design documents, ensuring alignment with technical constraints.
  • Work with large datasets to generate insights, visualizations, and improvements for applications.
  • Identify hidden patterns, system issues, and drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams and contribute to continuous iteration and delivery.
  • Participate in internal tech communities, exploring new and emerging technologies.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, respect, and innovation.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Proficiency in Java or Python (at least one is mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, and application security.
  • Good understanding of software engineering lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
  • Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to data engineering, data visualization, or big-data tools.
