Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role based in Nagpur. The Admission Counselor will guide and support parents in understanding the programs, handle inquiries and provide consultations for student admissions. Day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, explaining the curriculum, managing the admission process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new students. The counselor will also collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with parents and students.
• Organizational abilities to manage inquiries, admissions processes, and follow-up activities efficiently.
• Experience in consultation, customer service, or related fields, preferably within the education sector.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet families' needs.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and communication.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in early childhood education is an advantage but not mandatory.
