As a Windchill Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and customizing PLM solutions that empower manufacturing organizations to streamline operations and accelerate product development. We're looking for a hands-on technologist with deep expertise in Windchill and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
Your Role
As a Windchill Architect, you will:
- Lead Windchill customization and configuration efforts to meet client-specific requirements.
- Contribute to Windchill migration, interface development, and administrative activities.
- Design scalable solutions using Windchill APIs and Java/J2EE technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PLM solutions with manufacturing and change management processes.
- Provide architectural guidance on Windchill PDMLink and other modules such as PartsLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and SIM.
- Support installation and deployment of Windchill PLM architecture across enterprise environments.
- Communicate solution concepts clearly to stakeholders through presentations and technical documentation.
Your Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in Windchill PLM solutioning and delivery.
- Proven expertise in Windchill customization and API development.
- Experience in Windchill migration, interface development, or administration.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and change management.
- Hands-on experience with Windchill PDMLink; familiarity with other modules is a plus.
- Proficiency in Core and Advanced Java/J2EE.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
