Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Lead with strong expertise in AMS (Application Management Services) to join our team at Intelliglobe. The selected candidate will work on client projects for TCS at their Ahmedabad location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP ABAP development and support activities under AMS engagement.
  • Provide technical solutions for incidents, service requests, and enhancements in SAP systems.
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams (SD, MM, FI, PP) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs for AMS support and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
  • Handle performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of ABAP programs.
  • Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP objects: Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in AMS support model (incident management, change requests, problem management).
  • Expertise in performance tuning and debugging.
  • Familiarity with integration points across SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, PP).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with client teams.
