Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute zone-specific strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and guidance to Pharmacy and store team.
  • Lead, supervise, and coach regional staff.
  • Recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the team and coordination with various stake holders for the smooth operations.

  • Ensure the team is motivated, skilled, and equipped to achieve their objectives

  • Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure product availability while minimizing waste from expiration or obsolescence.

  • Ensure audit and compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws and regulations, including accurate record-keeping and handling of controlled substances.

  • Should have exp in supply chain management.

  • Open for the travelling in different centres within the zone as and when required.
