Job Description – Senior Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Blazor, .NET, Angular, SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and have hands-on experience with and Power BI as added advantage. A background in the finance domain is a significant plus.

The candidate should have a solid foundation in software engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization. This role requires someone who can work independently, contribute to solution architecture, and mentor junior team members while delivering scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Blazor, .NET, Angular, and SQL.

· Build robust data integrations and pipelines leveraging Azure Data Factory (ADF).

· Develop and integrate Power BI dashboards for analytics and reporting.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

· Apply software engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.

· Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for enterprise environments.

· Mentor and guide junior engineers in coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.

· Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior/full stack role.

· Strong proficiency in Blazor, .NET Core/Framework, Angular, and SQL.

· Experience with Azure services, especially Azure Data Factory (ADF).

· Exposure to Power BI for reporting and visualization.

· Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

· Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, or similar).

· Solid understanding of software design principles, OOP, and architectural patterns.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred/Bonus Skills

· Domain experience in finance, banking, or investment management.

· Experience in performance tuning and optimization for enterprise-scale applications.

· Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native application development.

· Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity.
