Urgent Hiring for Freshers, Experienced Candidates (Non IT Background)

Position: Sports Venue Executive

Location: Sector 50, Noida – 201301, Uttar Pradesh

Eligibility: Graduation must be completed (Pursuing candidates are not eligible)

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month

In-hand Salary (after PF deduction): ₹17,000 – ₹18,000/month

Shifts - Rotational

"9-hour rotational shifts with weekly offs between Monday to Friday."

Note - Location Preference: This opportunity is open to candidates based in Noida only. Local applicants will be prioritized. Relocation is not preferred.

Responsibilities

A VE is responsible for managing the operations and customer experience of the sports facilities he is assigned to. Some highlights of the role include:

  • To ensure all bookings, payments and addons are being managed on the App.
  • Greeting, interacting with customers, answering to their queries and creating a positive environment at the sports facility for the customers
  • Being responsible for the infrastructure readiness of a sports facility and reporting to the Venue Manager in a timely manner. He will be responsible to work with the team for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
  • Ensuring hygiene is top class and all utilities ( water, electricity, washroom, CCTV, changing rooms, vending machines, playing area ) are properly functioning.
  • To develop an expertise in the tools that are used to manage operations - ensuring all bookings are reported in the App, Connect team and Slack.
  • To ensure branding and signages are installed well and is enhancing the ambience of the facility.
  • To ensure equipment is readily available for the customers.
  • Work with the managers directly to implement policies and follow them.
  • Represent company with high ownership, integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field (mandatory) and basic interest in sport.
  • Functional understanding of technology
  • Conversant in Hindi. English is a bonus. (conversational knowledge of regional languages as per location is also a plus).
  • Past experience in the event management and hospitality industry, including hotels, retail, QSRs, and facility management is preferred
