- Visit homeowners, landowners, and potential clients to generate leads and promote the company's construction services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and prepare accurate project proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Present and explain construction solutions, pricing, and timelines clearly to clients.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and community events to increase brand visibility.
