  • Evaluate current state of business processes, anticipate business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and define future state solutions.
  • Utilize data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Identify and recommend transformation opportunities.
  • Prioritize transformation initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, or other written deliverables.
  • Keep apprised of the latest developments, trends, and advancements in IT, including RPA and AI to automate and modernize systems.

Understand function experience ex. HR, SCM, F&A, etc, HRO is preferred

If an MBA from Tier-1 B Schools with 2-4 years of consulting and industry experience, or a bachelor's degree with over 6 years of consulting and industry experience.
