About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
PHP – Laravel Developer
who can lead and manage a development team while delivering high-quality backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Laravel, excellent understanding of memory management, and the ability to architect scalable, secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and manage a team of developers for project execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using
    Laravel
    and
    PHP
    .
  • Write clean, secure, and well-documented code.
  • Implement best practices for
    performance optimization and memory management
    .
  • Integrate third-party APIs and build RESTful services.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and architecture discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience
    with PHP and Laravel.
  • Strong understanding of
    OOP Concepts
    , MVC architecture, and design patterns.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a development team.
  • Excellent knowledge of
    MySQL
    , database design, and optimization.
  • Strong command over
    memory management
    , application performance, and debugging.
  • Experience with version control tools like
    Git
    .
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, queues, caching, and job scheduling in Laravel.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) is a plus.
