Job Summary

Alphabet Investment is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the complete operational workflow for Mutual Funds and PMS, from client onboarding and documentation to execution and reporting. The candidate should be organized, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy. Experience with international fund onboarding will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC and documentation.
  • Execute and track mutual fund transactions such as purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP setups.
  • Liaise with fund houses, RTAs, custodians, and PMS partners to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain detailed records, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal operational policies.
  • Manage client operational communication via email and telephone.
  • Support onboarding and execution for international fund investments where applicable.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong email etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Reliable, ethical, and capable of handling confidential information.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Mutual Fund / PMS operations. (Preferred)
  • Exposure to international fund onboarding processes is a plus.
