Job Title: Club & Operations Head – Morjim, Goa

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Club & Operations Head to lead our 7,500 sq. ft. beachside restaurant and speakeasy bar in Morjim, Goa. The role requires someone who is well-versed in operations, inventory management, event planning, and brand collaborations. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be the driving force behind the venue's smooth functioning and cultural impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and club.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock management, vendor coordination.
  • Plan and execute regular events, live performances, and cultural nights.
  • Build collaborations with artists, brands, influencers, and partners to elevate the venue experience.
  • Work closely with the culinary and bar team to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with licenses, hygiene, and safety norms.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5–8 years' experience in hospitality/club/lounge/restaurant operations.
  • Strong skills in operations & inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience in event management and collaborations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A people's person with a strong network in Goa's hospitality & cultural scene.
