SAP HCM Time Management (Enhancement of Overtime Approval Process)Existing Scenario-  As per existing process for Overtime Pre-approval is required tobe taken prior to applying for actual Overtime.New Requirement-  To Remove overtime pre-approval request step.When actual Overtime is applied, Its required to be approved based on following authorization levelsSupervisor   Up to 20 HoursSection Head Up to 40 HoursManager Up to 80 HoursGM Up to 160 HoursVP More than 160 HoursThe overtime approval workflow will be as below:o Up to 20 Hours: Supervisor.o Up to 40 Hours: Supervisor >> Section Heado Up to 80 Hours: Supervisor >> Section Head >> Managero Up to 160 Hours: Supervisor >> Section Head >> Manager >> GM.o More than 160 Hours: Supervisor >> Section Head>> Manager >>GM >>VPThe workflow will be modified based on how many OT hours an employee's line manager can approve. If the line manager is "Manager Level", they can approve up to 80 hours, if requests exceeding this amount, it will follow the workflow.Complete Analysis of requirement, Configuration, Functional Specification document for ABAP development , Unit testing , UAT support in Quality System.GLS supportAdditionally required support in following areas in SAP time Management enhancement & Incident.Support Standard SAP time management functionality & configurationSupport maintenance of Work Schedule Rule, Holiday calendar , Attendance , Absence etc.Support modification of Schema & PCR (Standard & Custom)Support SAP Time Management & Payroll Integration related issues/enhancementSupport integration with FIORI (Timesheet , leaves , workflow etc),Support troubleshooting issue in third party tool for clock-in / Clock-out data
