people'sole & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle (Onboarding to Exit).
  • Manage recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Partner with managers to support workforce planning and retention strategies.
  • Support in L&D activities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2to5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools (e.g., Keka, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
