Courtside is looking for Housekeeping Supervisors to oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of our restaurant, wellness club, and Padel court facilities. The ideal candidate will lead by example — ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards, while managing daily operations and supporting a motivated, efficient team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the restaurant, wellness club, and Padel courts.
  • Inspect all guest-facing and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Plan staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure coverage across all operational zones.
  • Train and guide housekeeping associates on cleaning procedures, use of equipment, and safety standards.
  • Maintain stock and inventory of cleaning materials, guest amenities, and linens — and place requisitions as required.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the management team.
  • Ensure timely setup and upkeep of wellness and recreational areas before guest use.
  • Support event and service teams with area preparation, setup, and resets.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a positive, professional environment within the housekeeping team.
  • Maintain cleaning checklists, inspection logs, and other administrative records accurately.

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in equivalent clubs or 5-star properties.
  • 1 year in a supervisory role (hospitality, fitness club, or restaurant environment) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Ability to manage time and delegate tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational needs.
