**Role & Responsibilities:**
- Understanding of Primary and Secondary Sales
- Knowledge of Different Schemes for Retailers and Distributors and Their Calculation
- Order Management and Processing from Distributors
- Daily Addition of Touch Points in the Area
- Sales Target Achievement
**Preferred Candidate Profile:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using sales software and tools.
