We're looking for a Video Marketer who can craft stories that stop the scroll, bring our products to life, and build communities through the power of video. From snappy social clips to long-form YouTube tutorials, you'll be the editor, the creator, and sometimes even the on-screen face of Cartrabbit.

What You'll Do

  • Edit & Create Magic → Short and long-form videos for campaigns, social media, and our website.
  • Repurpose Like a Pro → Collaborate with marketers to remix content while keeping our brand sharp and consistent.
  • Add the Spark → Motion graphics, sound design, subtitles, and smooth transitions that pop.
  • Podcast Vibes → Edit episodes of our in-house One Shopify Podcast and keep our conversations sounding crisp.
  • Gear in Hand → Use our in-house equipment to shoot fresh video content.
  • Channel Boss → Manage, edit, and publish across 8+ product YouTube channels and social platforms.
  • Teach & Tell → Record AI-driven product tutorials for our Customer Support team when new features drop.
  • Go Live → Host webinars and connect with potential customers and yes, your face may end up on-screen.
  • Collaborate & Experiment → Work with writers, designers, and developers to dream up bold new community-building campaigns.
  • Track & Tweak → Dive into YouTube Studio and analytics to optimize content for CTR, impressions, and engagement.
  • Events with Energy → Support marketing events and use video to grow brand love.

What You Bring

  • Pro-level editing chops in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (if you know all three, you're basically a wizard).
  • An eye for design, timing, and storytelling.
  • Comfort both behind the camera and in front of it.
  • A nose for trends: if it's happening on Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts, you've already thought of how we can use it.
  • Analytical thinking (because great storytelling also needs great data).
  • Multitasking skills strong enough to juggle edits, podcasts, and channels without dropping the ball or the mic.
