Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain warehouse data in ERP / inventory management systems.
  • Record daily inward & outward stock movement, returns, and damages.
  • Generate reports related to stock levels, dispatches, and warehouse performance.
  • Verify and reconcile data with physical inventory.
  • Maintain accuracy in documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), challans, invoices, etc.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely data updates.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with data confidentiality and company standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong typing speed with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
  • Knowledge of ERP / WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma (Any stream).
  • 0–3 years of experience in data entry / warehouse operations / supply chain support.
  • Freshers with good Excel skills can also apply.
