To ensure reliable and safe operation of with CFBC boilers / Steam turbine of WHRS in cement plant.
To coordinate and communicate with various agencies for the routine as well as abnormal plant operational situation.
To identify abnormalities, recording of the same and communicate to all concerned for its correction timely.
To monitor all key performance parameters, finding out deviations and taking improvement actions for the same.
To ensure complete compliance of all applicable safety standards at plant during operation/maintenance through systematic approach.
WTP & STP operation, water chemistry & trouble shooting. Testing of various fuels & analysis.

Qualification:
BE/B.Tech / NPTI/ MSc with BOE Certification.

Nature of Experience:
Desk/DCS operation of WHRS. & it's maintenance.

Essential Skills

Hands on experience for desk DCS operation of CFBC boiler, Steam Turbine and WHRS.
Hands on skill for boiler water chemistry analysis & monitoring.
Knowledge of WTP & STP operation, water chemistry & trouble shooting. Testing of various fuels & analysis.
Supervision, monitoring as well as coordination / communication skill.
Operating SAP power/ maintenance module.
