Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Sales with a strong background in

real estate. The role involves managing client and channel partner relationships, delivering project

presentations, and driving business growth through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:


• Proactively connect with direct clients and channel partners through regular calls, meetings, and

follow-ups


• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals


• Conduct in-person project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings


• Deliver training sessions to channel partners at their offices or onsite to enhance product

understanding


• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes


• Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times

Candidate Requirements:


• 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Confident in handling presentations, client discussions, and training sessions


• Well-groomed and professional appearance


• Comfortable with local travel for meetings, site visits, and partner engagement.
