We're hiring our first Voice Interface Developer / AI Software Engineer

At Duchas Technologies, we're on a mission to redefine the way people interact with technology through voice-first experiences. Our product is a cutting-edge voice assistant that doesn't just execute tasks, it's designed to evolve into a true personal companion.

We already have a working prototype, and now we're looking for our first hire to help us refine and scale it.

What you'll do:

Develop and integrate voice interface features

Build and maintain APIs for the assistant

Work with LLMs & RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)

Integrate with Gmail, Outlook, Teams, Notion, and more

Optimize the assistant's memory and learning

What we're looking for:

0-2 years of software development experience

Strong in APIs & chatbot development

Familiar with LLMs and RAG methodologies

Problem-solver with passion for cutting-edge tech
