Hiring Goal: 2 Part-time Exhibition Representatives

Exhibition:
 India International Machine Tool Exhibition (IMTEX 2026)

Work Dates:
 January 20 – January 25, Days Total)

Location:
 Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru, India

Job Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Setup (Jan 20th):
 Arrive one day early to receive the shipped exhibition materials (mainly
posters, brochures, and business cards
), and assist with booth setup and placement of promotional materials.

2. Client Engagement:
 Professionally represent our company at the booth, welcoming visitors and introducing our core products (Roll Forging and CWR Machines).

3. Reporting & Support:
 Provide daily reports to our headquarters via WhatsApp/Email and assist the remote team with video product demonstrations to clients.

4. Information Gathering:
 Accurately record potential customer information and inquiry details.

5. Dismantling & Clearance (End of Jan 25th):
 Assist in packing up materials and ensuring the booth space is cleared.

Requirements:

1. Location:
 Must currently reside in India and be able to commute to the BIEC exhibition venue in Bengaluru.

2. Equipment:
 Please 
bring your
device (mobile phone or laptop) for communication and video calls, a
USB drive
 (for video playback on the booth TV), and other necessary exhibition supplies.

3. Language Skills:
 Fluent English is
Mandatory
. Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in local Indian languages such as
Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada
, or the ability to speak
Mandarin
, would be a significant advantage.

4. Professional Background:
 Experience in Machinery, Engineering, International Trade, or Industrial Sales is a plus.

5. Soft Skills:
 Presentable, highly proactive, excellent communication skills, and responsible.

Compensation & Benefits:

l Daily Wage: Negotiable (Competitive daily rate offered).

l Reimbursement: Daily allowance for meals and local transportation during the exhibition period.

l Opportunity for performance-based sales commission.

1. 物料接收与布展 (1月20日):
 提前一天前往展馆,接收我司寄出的所有宣传海报、图册和名片等物料,并协助完成展位布置和展示资料的摆放。

2. 客户接待与沟通:
 代表本公司在展位上热情接待来访客户,介绍公司主营产品(辊锻机、楔横轧机等)。

3. 实时汇报与协助:
 每日通过微信/WhatsApp/邮件向公司远程团队汇报工作,并协助远程团队向客户进行视频产品演示。

4. 信息收集:
 详细记录潜在客户信息、询盘需求,并根据客户需求填写《展会客户信息表》。

5. 撤展及清空 (1月25日结束):
 协助完成展位物品的拆卸、打包和清空工作。

任职要求:

1. 常驻地要求:
 目前在印度当地居住,并能自行前往班加罗尔展馆。

2. 设备要求:
 自带可用于通讯和视频会议的设备(如智能手机或笔记本电脑),以及U盘(用于连接展位电视播放视频)。

3. 语言能力:
 英语流利(必须),具备
普通话/印地语/泰米尔语/卡纳塔克语
等当地语言沟通能力者优先。

4. 专业背景:
 拥有机械、工程、国际贸易或工业销售背景者优先。

5. 职业素养:
 形象良好,积极主动,具备优秀的沟通能力和高度的责任心。

薪酬待遇:

l 每日薪资:面议(提供具有竞争力的日薪)。

l 报销:提供在展会期间的餐费补助和当地交通费。

l 表现优秀者有机会获得销售提成。
