Nature of experience expected :

BFSI or Fintech Domain

Java, Oracle PL/SQL, PHP, Angular, Struts, SpringBoot, micro-services, AI, latest Technologies

Knowledge :

SDLC, Coding Standards, Best Practices, OWASP, RBI regulations.

Candidate is required to do the following:

1. Review the code developed by team members.

2. Write code, when required.

3. Ensure team follows coding best practices.

4. Conduct periodic team reviews.

5. Liaise with customer banks and manage expectations.

6. Manage deliveries.

7. Liaise with internal (Server, DB, Network, Info Sec, other module owners) and external (Banks, Visa, NPCI, etc) stakeholders.

AI Skills:

• Ability to use Gen AI tools for generating code and unit test cases.
• Should be able to convert PL/SQL code into Java using Gen AI
• Migrate from older Java versions to the latest using Gen AI
• Should be able to generate documents from code and vice versa using Gen AI tools like Gitlab, ChatGPT, Cloud, etc.
• Options skills Create programming and test agents using Gen AI tools and Agentic AI.

KRA/Responsibilities -

• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency
• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives
• Envisioning system features and functionality
• Ensure application designs conform with business goals
• Develop and test software
• Identify and resolve any technical issues arising
• Create detailed design documentation
• Propose changes to current Java infrastructure
• Develop technical designs for application development
