About the Company
Random Techie is an HR consulting firm hiring for our Canada-based client, Nextomate ), a digital innovation company delivering modern technology solutions worldwide. Selected candidates will be directly on Nextomate's payroll and will work in IST time zone.
Position: Golang Developer
Experience: 4–7 years
Location: MMRD, Pallavaram, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time (on Nextomate payroll)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
- Build and optimize REST/gRPC APIs and microservices.
- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and deployment processes.
Required Skills:
- 4–8 years of professional software development experience, with 4+ years in Golang.
- Expertise in microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
