Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer - House Keeping , located in Kuntighat, Hooghly. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, and ensuring students grasp the concepts effectively. The role includes mentoring and supporting students to help them achieve their career goals. The Trainer will also collaborate with other trainers to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Housekeeping, Hotel industry
  • Proficiency in training methodologies, curriculum development, and soft skills
  • Knowledge of employment-linked vocational training for youth
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Education, or a related field
  • Ability to handle diverse groups of students and adapt to their learning styles
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring
  • Experience working with economically and socially marginalized groups is a plus
