Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President (VP) to lead and oversee the [insert department or function] function. Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with corporate governance and board-level reporting.
- Global or multi-regional experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, or innovation frameworks.
