Finance,Credit Control & ComplianceJob Title - Finance,Credit Control & ComplianceJob ObjectiveJob PurposeWe are looking for a Finance professional who will be responsible for managing contracts, pricing strategies and ensuring financial compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry regulations, strategic pricing models, and a customer-centric approach to financial management. C. Primary ResponsibilitiesPricing:Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

Cost Analysis: Assess product costs, market conditions, and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing for products and services. Pricing Models: Build and maintain pricing models, including discount structures, seasonal adjustments, and promotions, based on financial data and market insights. Profitability Analysis: Continuously assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and adjust accordingly to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Credit Control:Credit Risk Management: Establish and monitor credit policies and procedures to mitigate financial risk. Evaluate and assess creditworthiness of potential customers. Accounts Receivable: Oversee the management of outstanding receivables, ensuring timely payments from clients.

Implement collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on credit control performance, aging analysis, and write-offs. Work with sales teams to ensure smooth and effective credit terms.

ComplianceRegulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, MiFID II, GDPR). Stay updated on changes in financial laws and standards. Internal Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures related to financial transactions, credit control, pricing, and accounting.

Risk Management: Work with the risk management team to identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks. FinanceFinancial Planning : Prepare and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily, monthly, and annual cash flow management to ensure sufficient liquidity. Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Audit & Controls: Ensure robust internal controls are in place, coordinate with auditors during financial audits, and implement recommendations for improvements.

D. Role Requirements / SpecificationsDesired QualificationsQualified CA (mandatory)Desired Experience15-20 years of relevant experience with a focus on credit control, pricing, and compliance. Knowledge & SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, pricing structures, and credit control processes.

Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with ERP systems and financial software. Effective communication and leadership skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external auditors/regulatory bodies.
