Role Description

  • This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager in Cyber Security at XIUS. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the cyber security sector, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets in the India market.
  • Drive both direct and indirect sales channels, leveraging MSSP, channel partners, and OEM ecosystems.
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in SOC-as-a-Service and cybersecurity managed services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SOC operations, marketing, product) for effective customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitive landscape, and provide inputs to shape GTM strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales reports for stakeholders.
