Job Description1. Teaching & Classroom Management

  • Teach Hindi language (reading, writing, grammar, literature) to students as per curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities to enhance language skills.
  • Use interactive teaching methods like storytelling, role play, group discussions, and audio-visual aids.
  • Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment.

2. Student Assessment & Progress

  • Conduct class tests, assignments, oral examinations, and periodic assessments.
  • Evaluate students' performance and maintain accurate records of progress.
  • Provide feedback to students for improvement in language skills.

3. Academic Responsibilities

  • Prepare question papers, worksheets, and answer keys.
  • Check notebooks regularly and ensure completion of classwork and homework.
  • Support students in Hindi handwriting, grammar accuracy, and vocabulary development.

4. Communication & Collaboration

  • Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.
  • Coordinate with other teachers and school administration for academic planning.
  • Participate in school events, cultural programs, and language-related activities.

5. Professional Responsibilities

  • Update knowledge of Hindi literature, teaching methods, and CBSE/State Board guidelines.
  • Attend workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and the school's code of conduct.

6. Skills Required

  • Strong command over Hindi language and grammar.
  • Effective communication and classroom management skills.
  • Creativity in teaching methods and lesson planning.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hindi or Education (B.Ed preferred).
