Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site Python Databricks role located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and solutions using Python and Databricks. The role involves collaborating with data engineers and analysts, optimizing data processing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity. This position requires expertise in data transformation, system integration, and providing efficient solutions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with data engineering frameworks such as Databricks
  • Experience with data transformation, data pipelines, and ETL processes
  • Strong knowledge of databases and related technologies, including SQL and cloud data platforms
  • Familiarity with system integration and distributed computing frameworks
  • Good problem-solving abilities and effective troubleshooting techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in an on-site team-based work environment; prior experience in Bengaluru is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
