  • Maintain updated records of hostelers, room occupancy, and hostel inventory.
  • Oversee all hostel activities, including student admissions, room allocation, and check-in/check-out.
  • Handle student complaints, medical emergencies, and behavioral issues with sensitivity and firmness.
  • Provide first-line support for student issues.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, kitchen, and maintenance staff
  • Ensure timely, hygienic, and nutritious meals as per the student schedule.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student behavior, health, and progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Management, Education, or Hospitality)
  • Prior experience in hostel/residential facility management preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with adolescents and young adults compassionately yet firmly
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
