Billing Executive (Fresher)

Qualifications:

  • B.Com Graduate (Fresher)
  • Male candidates preferred
  • Candidates from Haldwani, Ramnagar, Kaladhungi, or nearby areas preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate invoices
  • Maintain billing records and documentation
  • Perform basic accounting entries
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Verify and update customer billing information
  • Support day-to-day accounts and admin tasks

Skills Required:

  • Basic MS Excel & MS Office knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Good numerical and communication skills

Work Schedule:

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
