Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and should be comfortable with day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations and manage petty cash entries.
  • Assist in monthly and annual closing procedures.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and chartered accountants as needed.
  • Post journal entries, bank entries, and ensure daily transaction recording.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory return filings (preferred not mandatory).
  • Maintain proper filing system and issue invoices as required.
  • Support the senior accountant and finance team in day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of Tally, Advanced Excel and accounting principles
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliances (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
