About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Animation/VFX professional to join our team as a Faculty and Project Lead.
In this role, you will teach, guide, and mentor students in Animation and Visual Effects, while leading hands-on projects and ensuring training aligns with current industry standards. This is a great opportunity for creative professionals who are eager to shape the next generation of animators and VFX artists.
Key Responsibilities
Course Development
- Design and develop comprehensive course modules, lesson plans, and learning materials for Animation and VFX programs.
Teaching & Mentoring
- Conduct engaging classroom and studio sessions.
- Provide individual mentorship to help students refine their artistic and technical skills.
Workshops & Industry Events
- Organize seminars, guest lectures, and workshops to expose students to the latest tools and trends in Animation and VFX.
Project Supervision
- Lead and evaluate student projects to ensure professional quality and relevance to industry practices.
Portfolio Guidance
- Assist students in developing professional-grade showreels and portfolios.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Master's Degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or VFX from a reputed institution.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard software:
- Toon Boom Animate / Digital Pro
- Autodesk 3DS Max, Maya, Blender
- V-Ray, Nuke, Renderman, ZBrush
- Unity, Adobe Creative Suite
Professional Experience:
- Prior studio experience in a production environment (highly desirable).
- Proven expertise in modern Animation and VFX techniques.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
- A genuine passion for training and nurturing creative talent.
