Data Management and Reporting:

  • Collect, compile, and maintain accurate data related to production, sales, inventory, and supply chain operations.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance metrics (e.g., sales trends, inventory levels, and production efficiency).
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.

  • Present reports and dashboards to management and stakeholders for informed decision-making.

  • System Management:

  • Oversee the companys MIS infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of systems used for data management.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot software used for data processing and reporting.

  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes by analyzing operational data and suggesting improvements.
  • Develop and implement new workflows or system enhancements to streamline operations.

  • Support the integration of new technologies to enhance productivity and accuracy.

  • Support to Departments:

  • Provide customized reports and analysis to production, merchandising, sales, and logistics teams to help them achieve targets.
  • Assist the finance team with budget and cost analysis reports as needed.

  • Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate stock records and forecasts.

  • Training and Documentation:

  • Train staff on how to use MIS tools and systems effectively.
  • Document processes, report formats, and system workflows for future reference and consistency.
  • Create and maintain user manuals or guidelines for MIS applications.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.).

Experience with ERP systems, SQL databases, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Strong understanding of MIS infrastructure, including data collection and reporting tools.

Key Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Working Conditions:

Office-based role with occasional interaction with production or warehouse teams.

May require extended hours during reporting deadlines or peak production seasons.
