  4. Estimating and Budgeting: Developing a detailed cost estimate and establishing the final project budget.

  5. Team Leadership and Resource Management

  6. Assembling the Team: Identifying and gathering the necessary human resources (team members, specialists).

  7. Task Assignment and Delegation: Clearly assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills.
  8. Motivation and Guidance: Leading, coaching, and motivating the project team to foster a collaborative and productive environment.

  9. Resource Allocation: Managing and allocating all necessary resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and time.

  10. Execution, Monitoring, and Control

  11. Executing the Plan: Overseeing the completion of the work as outlined in the project plan.

  12. Time Management: Creating and maintaining the project schedule, monitoring progress, and ensuring all tasks and milestones are met on time.
  13. Budget Control: Tracking expenditures and managing the project budget to prevent overruns.
  14. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards and client expectations.

  15. Managing Change: Using appropriate verification techniques to manage and track any necessary changes in the project's scope, schedule, or costs.

  16. Risk and Issue Management

  17. Risk Identification: Proactively identifying potential risks, hurdles, or bottlenecks that could impact the project.

  18. Mitigation Planning: Developing strategies and contingency plans to minimize the probability and impact of identified risks.

  19. Issue Resolution: Acting as the first point of contact for issues that arise and facilitating their effective and timely resolution.

  20. Communication and Stakeholder Management

  21. Primary Communication Link: Serving as the main point of contact between the project team, clients, vendors, and senior management.

  22. Reporting: Regularly reporting on project status, progress, problems, and solutions to all relevant stakeholders.

  23. Managing Expectations: Communicating and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project life cycle to ensure satisfaction.

  25. Final Delivery: Ensuring all final project deliverables are completed and accepted by the client/stakeholders.

  26. Documentation and Archiving: Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including lessons learned, for future reference.
