About us:

Responsibilities

  • Engage with global customers to understand applications, processes, and training needs.
  • Deliver digital adoption solutions, content, and process efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
  • Ideate and implement solutions using the client product ecosystem.

Qualifications

1–5 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's/Professional degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or BCA (mandatory).

Strong technical expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and REST APIs.

Background in Software Development, Solutions, or Professional Services preferred.

Excellent spoken English (client communication with North America).

Familiarity with enterprise applications (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
