Job Description:

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with strong expertise in SharePoint Online development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions while ensuring optimal performance and scalability. This role requires hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, modern SharePoint frameworks, APIs, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions including sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and web parts.

· Translate business requirements into intuitive and effective SharePoint solutions.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements.

· Implement custom components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and client-side technologies.

· Integrate SharePoint solutions with external systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.

· Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.

· Ensure best practices, governance, and security compliance in SharePoint environments.

· Provide support, enhancements, and maintenance for existing SharePoint applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 4+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online development experience.

Strong proficiency in:

· SharePoint Online configuration and customization

· SPFx (SharePoint Framework), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

· Power Automate, PowerApps (added advantage)

· SharePoint REST APIs, CSOM, and Microsoft Graph APIs

· Experience in integrating SharePoint with third-party or internal applications through APIs.

· Ability to independently gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

· Certifications in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 technologies.

· Experience working in a fast-paced, product-based or service-based environment.

· Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
