We are hiring Delivery Partner for one of our Prestigious Pharma/Life sciences client .

Type of employment: Permanent

Location: Hyderabad

Experience- 15 years with last 7+ years into Pharma & Life sciences

Looking for a person who is strong on the delivery management with good program management skills

  • Should be handling number of accounts in one entity
  • Delivery of projects on time
  • Cross selling

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Scientific (R&D, Healthcare) projects and service delivery.

  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and KPIs.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Understand client needs and expectations, and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds them.
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding project status, issues, and risks.

  • Manage client escalations and resolve issues effectively.

  • Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

  • Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure adherence to IT service management (ITSM) best practices and standards (e.g., ITIL).

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Financial Management:

  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.

  • Track and report on project costs and revenue.

  • Identify and implement cost optimization strategies.

  • Sales Enablement & Support

  • Working with Customer solutions & sales team for pre-sales discussions and proposals

  • Participating in pre-sales customers calls for presenting Technical capabilities
  • Working with BU Head and sales for business growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in IT service delivery and project management.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Heathcare domain.
  • Good High level understanding of latest UI & Backend technolgies (React, API, Python, Pyspark, cloud databaseS, Gen AI)
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams is a plus.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are desirable.
